A: Our collections do not use any animal by-products; however, we are not vegan certified.
Q: What is your glycerin sourced from?
A: Rather than using the traditional source of pork, our products which contain glycerin are sourced from palm fruit.
Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Yes! All of our collections are not tested on animals and use no animal by-products.
Q: Are your products gluten free?
A: Currently, no, our products are not guaranteed gluten free. If you suffer from celiac disease or gluten intolerance, please consult a dermatologist to find which products are safe for you.
Q: Do I have to use your products in a certain order?

Q: How can I tell if my product is expired?
A: Our products generally have a shelf life of up to 18 months if they are unopened. All of our products have a logo with jar and a number telling you how long it will be viable once it is open, see example below:

A: No. The use of human stem cells in over-the-counter skincare products is not approved by the FDA.
Q: Do you use refined/cosmetic grade mineral oil?
A: We do not use mineral oil in our products.
Q: What should I do if I am unsure if I am allergic to your products?
A: The standard rule of thumb when it comes to cosmetics or skin care products is to first test them in an innocuous area of your body, such as your forearm first, to ensure your body chemistry agrees with our products.

A: All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. We ship through USPS. You can expect to receive your items between 5 -7 business days after purchase.

A: Most skincare products and cosmetics come with this warning simply to prevent excessive systemic absorption/over-saturation, which could potentially lead to severe skin irritation, or allergic reactions among other things.
